Reiki is a form of energy healing, by using the life force energy that is all around us and an intention for using this energy in the most beautiful and loving way...major shifts can take place.
Clients come to me for all kinds of healing and Reiki is a very subtle yet powerful way to activate and support your own body's ability to heal.
I now use soft drumming, tuning forks and singing bowls in my energy healing work as well.

Distant Reiki
Energy is not bound by time or space; while I had my doubts, after practicing distant Reiki for over 4 years now, I cannot deny the powerful effect that is has.

A distant session often starts with a phone call just to connect the energy (if we know each other or I have worked with you before, this is not always necessary)
Then we hang up and I do my thing. You don't have to do anything but most clients will relax, meditate or listen to meditative music while I am conducting the session. Then I will text/message you when I am finished and ask if it is ok to call and we can discuss the session. That's it! Easy peasy! My distant Reiki regulars LOVE this service and many have it done on a regular basis for themselves and/or thier children to help them feel mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced.
